How To Quickly Delete Blank Rows In Excel?

Press Ctrl + A to select all the rows, then press Ctrl and G to open the “Go to” box.

Click on Special in the Go To box. And select the Blanks in Go To Special box.

Now you will find that all the blank rows are selected. Then you right-click and click delete.

Just choose Entire row in the Delete box. You will find that all the blank rows are deleted immediately.
