1. Rank Function

=RANK(F2,F:F)

This function formula can help you quickly calculate the ranking order in the region.

2. Get the Maximum

=MAX(F2:F6)

You can quickly get the largest number in the area by this way.

3. Get Minimum

=MIN(F2:F6)

You can quickly get the smallest value in the area.

4. Round to Hundreds

=ROUND(A8,-2)

“-2” means rounding to two digits.

Sometimes the value in the table is too large, and we hope to simplify the data and round it to hundreds.

5.Rounding

=ROUND(D8,0)

This function formula refers to rounding and does not keep decimals.

6. Absolute Value

=ABS(A17)

This function formula can take the absolute value, changing the negative number in the table into a positive number.

7. Conditional Statistics Function

=COUNTIF(F2:F6,”>320″)

This function formula expresses how many scores are greater than 320 in the statistical area.

8. Calculate Expiration Time

=EDATE(A30,B30)

If you need to count the signing time of the contract, the duration of the contract, and the expiration time of the contract, you can use this function formula. It can help you get results quickly.

9. Generate Random Numbers

= RANDBETWEEN(1,100)

This function formula can randomly generate random integers in the specified range. (1,100) refers to randomly generating a random number ranging from 1 to 100.
