How to Add Password to Protect Excel File

An Excel File can contain some important data and information. To prevent peeking, you may want to protect it with a password. So how can we encrypt an Excel File?

1. Open the file you want to encrypt. Click FileInfoProtect Document
Encrypt with Password.

2. Input the password, click OK and reenter it.

3. Now this file has been encrypted.

4. If you want to remove the password, click Encrypt with Password again and delete the current password. Hit OK to confirm to decrypt it.
